Hydrogen: Intermediate Level

This set of notes looks at some critical issues that are currently being addressed by researchers as the transition is made from fossil fuels to renewable energy. It is likely that hydrogen will play an important role acting as a key energy carrier.

The notes are organised around a diagram or simulation that highlights a particular challenge accompanied by a moderately technical description. It is assumed the reader already has a basic familiarity with hydrogen and hydrogen applications (the ESP introductory course is an ideal start).

Content is in draft form. Four practical sections to be added including a tutorial on controlling hydrogen equipment remotely and another on the use of Deep Learning AI in hydrogen system optimisation.
