Think About It!

A number of STEM-type problems and challenges are presented. The aim is to promote critical analysis and evaluation and encourage creativity and inventiveness. The tasks are largely open-ended and are targeted at young adults at senior school level or in higher or further education, but they could also be challenging for anyone else with an interest in science and technology. The problems and questions are extremely varied both in subject and level of difficulty and only a fraction will be of interest to any particular person. The questions have been grouped to an extent, but an attempt has been made to randomise the clusters. You should scan the posters using the magnifier until you find a question of interest, then spent some time thinking about it. You can post your ideas using the 'Comments' feature - no registration or login is required.
